I know, I know, I am the worst blogger ever! Here is a whopping post of the happenings in our life lately.

Here are our boys!

If you see this kid around, don't worry, it's just Josh in his Wolverine mask. It's a wardrobe staple for him!

October was birthday month for the Olsons. Both Chad and I blew out another round of candles.!

We got a visit from Bethy and little Colton
They just happened to have the same church outfit. We decided against putting them in the pants. There really is nothing more flattering than a button shirt onesie. I am fashioning one for Chad. And don't be fooled by this picture. Zac isn't that mush bigger than his older cousin Colton, Zac is just following the tradition of our boys and has a GINORMOUS head!

At Chad's big 30ieth b-day bash, we entrusted Zac's care to Grandma Louise...unfortunately she dropped a cupcake on his face. Perhaps she isn't as trustworthy as we thought

Friends and family at Chad's almost surprise party!

So sad, yet oh so cute!

Loves bath time
working that carseat
Unfortunately Zac hates tummy time, heavenknows he needs it though. I'm afraid we are going to have another helmeted child. Once he finds his fist on tummy time, we have a few minutes of munching and drooling before the screming sets in.

And then when he screams, we just plug him up!

Our latest addition

He is here! Zachary Durham Olson was born August 5, 2009 at 5:30 pm, 7lbs 80z. I have to say everyone who told me the second delivery is easier was right on. I was induced in the morning, had my epidural an hour later, sat like a beached whale for most of the day and then pushed for maybe 10 minutes and he was here! He came out showing us what a great set of lungs he has and hasn't stopped. This kid is a screamer! He also amazed the doctors and nurses with all his hair. He came out with Chad's exact hair color, and more importantly his hairstyle. He is a healthy and sweet little guy. Josh loves his lttle bro. He gives him kisses all the time and talks about how cute he is. He really wants to be nice and feed him treats...i'm a little worried he's gonna sneak him an m&m sometime. After going nine months with never considering the name Zach, somehow it just seemed to fit him. Now we can't imagine our little Zachy being called anything else. We love having our two boys!

Naming days

So, I don't have a working camera, and even if I did, who knows if I would really use it and then actually post. I have fallen off the blogging wagon. I'm sorry. Anyway, I don't have any pics to share but I do have a story!

For some reason Chad and I can't think of any names for this baby. It's actually driving me a little insane. So, fairly often we have conversations about what to name him. Well one night at dinner while we were having this conversation, Josh burst out, "Hey guys! I have a great name! The greatest name in the whole wide city! We should name our little brother Tom Selleck!" Chad and I both just started laughing. Who is this kid and where in the world has he heard about Tom Selleck? But of course Josh thought he really was on to something and felt sad when we laughed at his beautiful name selection. So I reassured him, "Ok we'll name him Tom Selleck if he comes out with a big mustache ok?" That did the trick. He thought that was a great idea. Tom Selleck...what the?!

Overdue

I'm back! It has been such a long time since I have blogged, so I decided to make it all up to you by making this an extra good blog entry. Not only am I overdue... but I am due!! Yes folks I would like to announce to all of you that baby Olson #2 is coming August 3rd. But wait! That's not all! Not only can I tell you we're having a baby but I can tell you it's a baby boy! I have to admit I was totally thrown when we found out. We both thought it was a girl. But there is no denying it! We have clear photographic proof! Josh is absolutely ecstatic to get a brother and we are very excited as well. Also, our bank account has been saved by this news. I don't think I have the discipline yet to handle a girl!
