He is here! Zachary Durham Olson was born August 5, 2009 at 5:30 pm, 7lbs 80z. I have to say everyone who told me the second delivery is easier was right on. I was induced in the morning, had my epidural an hour later, sat like a beached whale for most of the day and then pushed for maybe 10 minutes and he was here! He came out showing us what a great set of lungs he has and hasn't stopped. This kid is a screamer! He also amazed the doctors and nurses with all his hair. He came out with Chad's exact hair color, and more importantly his hairstyle. He is a healthy and sweet little guy. Josh loves his lttle bro. He gives him kisses all the time and talks about how cute he is. He really wants to be nice and feed him treats...i'm a little worried he's gonna sneak him an m&m sometime. After going nine months with never considering the name Zach, somehow it just seemed to fit him. Now we can't imagine our little Zachy being called anything else. We love having our two boys!

Congrats! He's adorable. We have a little something for him-- we got back from Newport the day of your shower and I found out about the shower the day after! I was so mad... anyway, we'll probably just drop it at your mom's place this week. We love you guys!

Wow-What a beautiful little boy! And what a beautiful mama - you couldn't have just given birth in those photos - seriously! The day of rest and then a little 10 minute push at the end, lucky lady- you look great! I love his hair and thought he (especially the hair-do:) looked just like his Dad. Hi Margaret! Can't believe you have 2 boys now! We have all boys in our family so I'm guessing my next will be a boy too! How far apart are the 2 boys? Anyway I got the fabric at Joann! I saw it at some local upholstery stores but Joann had it 60% off so it was only $15 a yard. But they have to ship it so I'm still waiting. Wish we lived close so we could craft together!

What a darling baby! I think that he looks just like his Dad. How cute to have a family of boys! I love that you are wearing silk pj's in your hospital bed. We'll have to eventually get our gangs together, Lexie and Zach can be buddies since they are only about 3 weeks apart.
